This year is all about being more intentional and creating clear pathways, so the Trip Whisperer agency can be fully present for clients and scale our services. Until I can find a way to clone us, we’re setting up some ‘ways to work with Trip Whisperer’ in travel public relations and as a travel agent below.

When you feel like we could be a great fit, this creates a very focused interaction on which skillset you’re looking to tap in a paid capacity. Helping as many people as possible is my DNA, yet time is finite. Clear boundaries are healthy, amiright?

Travel Public Relations

• Pick My Brain: One-hour consulting based on the intake form here. The process will be you’ll share your needs, select a time, and you’ll receive an invoice. The intake form provides me with background and time to research then show up to call with tangible advice that’s hyper focused and effective.

• Public Relations Retainer Clients: Based on years of working with clients, we’ve established a ‘starting at’ retainer and base it on dedicated time/resources to offer practical pricing, high-touch client service, and receiving our full attention. We limit our client intake, and that’s also critical for safeguarding our media contacts and relationships, which are extremely important.

• Projects/Launches: Needs to be a minimum 3 months agreement for proper preparation and execution. Since our agency can only take on so many projects at a time, we ask that you reach out with at least 30 days’ notice and allow time for a tailored proposal. That policy is in place so we’re able to plan, and service you and existing clients well.

We’re nimble, however, every boutique agency and serious PR professional needs time to be successful. Media relations is not linear and cannot provide instant gratification. It takes strategy, collaboration, and time to be hands-on.

Trip Planning

As a travel agent and trusted advisor, I’m excited to craft the perfect itinerary, bring you into the fun of the planning process, and handle all the details. I work with travel clients in a few ways: booking individual hotels, guided tours, or planning a full itinerary. I can also help with group travel, bespoke itineraries, honeymoons, and multi-generational travel.

Once I have received the initial deposit I am your expert and I work for you. I will always provide you with feedback, ideas, and solutions to enhance your experience and get the most out of your travel investment. However, I cannot and am not able to handle Airbnb bookings since I cannot guarantee service and responsibility. Happy to omit dates, and DIY portions as long as you manage the planning fee and there are additional components whereby I can standby the trip. It’s meant to be a win-win and take something off your plate too!

• The first 30-minute complimentary consulting will be a chance to see if we’re a great fit to plan your next trip or several. Where do you want to go, what’s your timeline, what’s your budget and travel style?

• Followed by the Work with Trip Whisperer agreement, and planning fee based on the intake (easily paid by credit card or ACH). We’ll set the planning flow together and best forms of communication and style, so you’re having an amazing experience from start to trip completion.
